CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?

The Adapt Masterpiece boots are custom made items and therefore cannot be returned. If you have any issues with your boots please reach out to us so we can help you.

Hardware/softgood items:

You have the right to return any unused item within two weeks of receiving the package.

You can get a refund of the money paid for the product, shipment costs not included. Any transaction fees charged by Stripe/Paypal are not refunded.

Returning the items are the customer's costs. If you are based outside the EU we can provide a return label (including pickup) for a hassle free delivery.

CAN I GET MY ORDER REFUNDED?

You can cancel your hardware or softgoods order at any time before shipment.

If you want to get your order refunded you can get a full refund minus the transactions costs charged by Paypal/Stripe.

If you want to get a different item instead, please email us so we can arrange this for you.

Masterpiece orders cannot be refunded after production has started.
