WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Products that are in stock will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
Products marked as Made to Order will be made specifically for you. The production time can be found in the product description on the product page.
Products that require a booking of a Build Slot will be specifically made for you. The start of your Build Slot can be found in the product description on the product page. At the end of your Build Slot, your Masterpiece boots will be shipped to you.
SHIPPING COSTS
The shipment costs for your order are based on the weight of your order and on which country the package needs to be shipped to.

WHICH COMPANY SHIPS MY PACKAGE?
For most countries, we offer Standard shipping and DHL Express shipping.
Standard shipping is offered by PostNL and will be handled by a local shipment company like USPS (USA) once it reaches the country of destination.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?
You can find an estimation of how long shipping will take at checkout when you select your shipment options.
Note that the estimated time does not include time it takes customs to clear your package.
