CAN I CANCEL MY MASTERPIECE ORDER?
You can cancel your order at anytime before the start of your Build Slot. You can get a refund on your order minus a cancellation fee of €250.
You cannot cancel your order once your build slot has started. If issues occur with the boots at a later stage, feel free to reach out so we can help solve any issue.

You can cancel your hardware or softgoods order at any time before shipment.
If you want to get your order refunded you can get a full refund minus the transactions costs charged by Paypal/Stripe.
If you want to get a different item instead, please email us so we can arrange this for you.
